Jayabaji Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between jayabaji ("platform", "we", "us") and you as a registered member ("member", "you") when using the services provided at jayabaji-jit.com. Please read this document carefully as it contains important information regarding your rights and responsibilities while using the jayabaji platform.

Using the jayabaji platform – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing bets, playing games, or claiming a bonus – constitutes your agreement to all terms in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the jayabaji platform.

Membership & Eligibility Requirements

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Malaysian law.

User Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your jayabaji account and all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets, deposits, withdrawals and settings changes made through your account, whether by you or by any other party who accesses the account with or without your authorisation.

• Do not share your jayabaji account password or login credentials with anyone. jayabaji will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat or email.
• Use a strong, unique password for your jayabaji account. Change your password regularly to keep your account as secure as possible.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jayabaji are processed through legitimate Malaysian payment methods. jayabaji only accepts deposits from payment methods that have been registered and verified under the same member's name.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name.

• Deposits made through promotions or unauthorised methods may be voided. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in the name of the registered member.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jayabaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all jayabaji bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• The 150% Welcome Bonus up to RM 600 is available to new members making their first deposit only. Only one claim is permitted per member, per device, and per IP address.
• The rollover requirement is calculated on the bonus value received – not the deposit amount. A 15x rollover on the bonus value must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the rollover requirements have been fully met are eligible for withdrawal.

• All game results are final and cannot be appealed once the relevant round, hand, or event has been fully completed within the jayabaji system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected bets will be settled based on the data recorded on jayabaji's servers at the time of the disruption.
• Sports bets will be voided and stakes refunded if a match is cancelled before meeting the minimum period required to be considered valid under the rules of the relevant sport.
• Sports Betting odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed by the jayabaji system. The applicable odds are those displayed at the time of bet confirmation, not at the time you begin making your selection.

Account Suspension & Closure

Jayabaji reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in certain situations. These decisions are never made arbitrarily – each case is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken, except in high-risk situations that require immediate intervention.

• jayabaji may temporarily suspend an account for investigation if suspicious activity or a potential breach of terms is detected. The member will be notified and given the opportunity to clarify the situation.
• Accounts found to have violated jayabaji's terms may be permanently closed. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member after deducting any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct.
• Members may close their jayabaji account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours and any valid balance will be refunded.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be archived. Members will be notified prior to archiving and can reactivate their account by contacting jayabaji support.
